I Hope You Elope by Ruhama Wolle

I Hope You Elope is a modern, honest take on wedding culture, and I wanted the design to feel the same way.

I pulled from traditional wedding details but kept things slightly imperfect with hand-drawn elements, so it never feels too polished or expected. That ties back to the tone of the book itself.

The typography is simple and clean with subtle moments of character on the title page. The layout is minimal and gives the content room to breathe without over-designing it.

Overall I wanted it to feel personal and a little self-aware. Grounded in tradition but not stuck in it.
